- I require 256 bit encrypted SSL, can I have this instead?
If you have already purchased a 256 bit encrypted SSL from elsewere and providing it’s compatible with our web hosting (if you require hosting that is), then of course you can. However, if you would like us to use a new 256 bit SSL, then there is a additional per annum fee of £89 – if you’re not sure, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
- Do I have pay extra for your web hosting package?
Yes. All of our web shops require you to buy the appropriate web hosting service. Our hosting solutions are also very cost effective and for this package it’s only an additional £8 per month – but we offer 2 months free hosting if you pay for 1 year in advance. charging the £29 per month from the 2nd month You do not have to use PayPal, but we do recommend it as it’s a very fast and secure way of accepting payments online. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily set one up here for free
- Why PayPal Pro and not PayPal Standard?
The choice is completely yours. From experience, we’ve had many customers who use our Professional Web Shop solution ask us to integrate PayPal Pro as it does not take the user away from their site. If you use PayPal Standard which is still fine, it will take the shopper to PayPal to make payment, then return to your shop. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily set one up here for free
- Can I use any other payment provider?
If you mean another 3rd party payment gateway provider, then your certainly can. For this we charge a one off integration fee of just £49 – please ensure you write this in the ‘notes’ part before you place your order.
